TYPE 101 AUTOMATIC CORRUGATOR

A machine for the production of either aluminum or Kraft corrugated separators for use in the manufacture of deep pleat H.E.P.A. filters.

The automatic corrugator is controlled by a programmable logic controller and utilizes a pneumatic guillotine with specially designed blades to ensure repetitive, clean cuts.

  • Edges of aluminum spacers are turned over so that they present a less sharp edge to the filter media; a further protection against nicks and tears
