This is the Rotary Pleating Machine with a difference: Simply enter the parameters for your desired pleated pack into the terminal to setup the machine for production.

Just add our multi-nozzle hot melt system to this pleater and you have a complete SOLTECH® pleating system which will produce a variety of easy-to-handle panel or cartridge minipleat filter elements economically.

We also offer a range of optional extras to make life even easier such as our slitter module with in-line perforating assemblies which allow you to produce multiple elements in parallel.

If your requirement is for only 2 or 3 pleat heights in particular, checkout the SOLTECH® 106 High Speed Pleater.
