A combined pleating machine and building frame for the manual insertion of corrugated spacers into deep pleat H.E.P.A. filters.

FEATURES

  • Alternating double creases for cleaner bends
  • Rotating crease roller cassette for quick-change pleat depths
  • Constant media tension maintained by proportional electromagnetic brake
  • Pack building table lowering is operator controlled via a foot-switch

OPTIONS
  • Extra crease rollers available for custom pleat heights and/or box dimensions
  • In-line slitting for non standard media widths
